EMDR Self Therapy — Gizlilik Politikası
Kısaca: Bu uygulama sizden hiçbir kişisel veri toplamıyor ve cihazınızdan dışarıya hiçbir veri göndermiyor. Hesap açmanız, giriş yapmanız, ad, e-posta ya da telefon vermeniz gerekmiyor.
Ne istemiyoruz. Anı metni, seans notu, ses kaydı, sağlık öyküsü, tanı bilgisi, ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon, doğum tarihi ve konum istemiyoruz. Uygulamada bunları girebileceğiniz bir alan yok.
Cihazınızda ne kalıyor. “Geçmişi bu cihazda tut” ayarı başlangıçta kapalıdır. Açarsanız yalnız şunlar cihazınızın kendi uygulama alanında saklanır: oturum tarihi, tur sayısı ve 0-10 arası öznel rahatsızlık puanınız. Bu kayıtlar sunucuya gönderilmez, tarafımızdan görülmez. Uygulama içindeki “Tüm kayıtları sil” seçeneğiyle hepsini kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; uygulamayı kaldırmanız da bu verileri siler.
Olumlu odak fotoğrafı. Dilerseniz o oturum için telefonunuzdan bir fotoğraf seçebilirsiniz. Fotoğraf yalnız o oturum boyunca ekranda gösterilir, kaydedilmez, geçmişe eklenmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Ağ kullanımı. Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışır. Ses, video ve görsellerin tamamı uygulamanın içinde gelir. Uygulama sizin verinizi hiçbir sunucuya göndermez. Yalnızca siz bir bilgi bağlantısına dokunduğunuzda (flashtechnique.com) telefonunuzun tarayıcısı açılır; o sitenin gizlilik uygulamaları bize ait değildir.
Reklam ve izleme yok. Uygulamada reklam, reklam kimliği, analitik, çökme raporu ya da izleme aracı yok. Üçüncü taraf veri toplayan bir yazılım geliştirme kiti kullanılmıyor.
İzinler. Uygulama yalnız internet (paket işleyişi için) ve titreşim izni ister. Konum, kamera, mikrofon, rehber, takvim ve depolama izni istemez.
Eski sürümden taşıma. Aynı cihazda uygulamanın eski sürümü varsa, ilk açılışta yalnız o sürümün kendi kayıtları (tarih, tur sayısı, puanlar) bu cihaz içinde yeni sürüme kopyalanır. Bu işlem cihazın içinde olur, internete çıkmaz, eski kayıtlar silinmez.
Çocuklar. Uygulama 18 yaş ve üzeri için tasarlanmıştır; çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Sağlık uyarısı. Bu uygulama tıbbi cihaz değildir; teşhis koymaz, tedavi etmez ve psikoterapinin ya da acil desteğin yerini tutmaz.
Değişiklikler. Gelecek bir sürümde isteğe bağlı hesap girişi ve eşitleme eklenirse bu politika güncellenir ve uygulama içinde ayrıca bilgilendirilirsiniz.

In short: this app collects no personal data and sends nothing from your device. No account, no sign-in, no name, e-mail or phone number is required.
What we never ask for. Memory text, session notes, voice recordings, health history, diagnoses, name, e-mail, phone number, date of birth or location. The app has no field for any of these.
What stays on your device. “Keep history on this device” is off by default. If you turn it on, only the session date, the number of rounds and your 0-10 subjective distress rating are stored inside the app’s own storage on your device. These records are never uploaded and we never see them. “Delete all records” inside the app erases them permanently; uninstalling the app also removes them.
Positive-focus photo. You may pick a photo from your phone for the current session. It is shown on screen for that session only, is not saved, is not added to history and is never transmitted.
Network use. The app works offline; all audio, video and images ship inside the app. It sends none of your data to any server. Only when you tap an information link (flashtechnique.com) does your browser open; that site’s privacy practices are not ours.
No ads, no tracking. No advertising, advertising ID, analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDK is used.
Permissions. The app requests only internet (for packaging reasons) and vibration. It requests no location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar or storage permission.
Migration from the previous version. If an older version of the app is present on the same device, its own records (date, rounds, ratings) are copied into the new version on first launch. This happens entirely on the device, without network access, and the old records are not deleted.
Children. The app is designed for adults 18 and over, is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Health notice. This app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace psychotherapy or emergency care.
Changes. If a future version adds optional account sign-in and sync, this policy will be updated and you will be informed inside the app.
